THINGS THAT DO NOT CHANGE IN A CHANGING WORLD

One thing for certain is that most things around us are changing. Due to the economic meltdown, financial matters have affected almost everyone in some way or another. We have always known that change makes for an uncertain world. The economic downturn makes all of us aware of these uncertainties.

Let’s get a Gator grip on some things you can count on for certain in an uncertain world we live in today.

GOD’S PRESENCE –  Almighty God has said He will be with us always, even to the end of this very age.

GOD’S POWER –       “I can do all things through Jesus Christ who gives me strength.”

GOD’S PROVISION – God will meet all our needs according to His riches in Jesus Christ.

GOD’S PASSION –     Nothing can separate us from the love of God who expressed His love through His son Jesus Christ.

GOD’S PURPOSE  –   He will complete the work He began in us on the day we began a new relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.

Each of these truths are Biblical and centered in Jesus Christ.

They are true in our individual and collective circumstances every day we live. In difficult times, these truths become even greater and more personal.

At First Baptist Church Panama City Beach, I invite you to come and celebrate all God can and will do for and in us because of these indisputable truths.

No matter what the economists say, no matter what the market does.
